Modeling
Tippe auf eine freie Stelle der Fläche und wähle einen Elementtyp – das Element entsteht genau dort (in der getroffenen Lane). Ein ausgewähltes Element zeigt ein ＋ für das Folge-Element (automatisch per Sequenzfluss verbunden) und ein …-Menü für alle weiteren Typen, Daten/Notizen, Boundary-Events und „Mit Element verbinden“.
Tap an empty spot on the canvas and pick an element type – it appears right there (inside the lane you hit). A selected element shows a ＋ for the next element (auto-connected by a sequence flow) and a … menu for all other types, data/notes, boundary events and “Connect to element”.

Auto-layout
Zauberstab → Horizontal oder Vertikal. Ordnet kreuzungsarm an, pinnt Start links/oben und Ende rechts/unten, respektiert Swimlanes und Pools und routet die Linien um Knoten herum. Lane-Zugehörigkeit bleibt erhalten.
Wand → Horizontal or Vertical. Arranges with few crossings, pins start left/top and end right/bottom, respects swimlanes and pools and routes lines around nodes. Lane membership is preserved.

BPMN elements
aixFlow deckt den gängigen BPMN-2.0-Umfang ab. Typ, Trigger und Marker stellst du im Element-Inspektor ein (Schieberegler-Button bei ausgewähltem Element).
aixFlow covers the common BPMN 2.0 scope. Type, trigger and markers are set in the element inspector (slider button when an element is selected).

Bedingungen am XOR/OR-Gateway: Der Inspektor zeigt einen Abzweig-Editor – Frage = Gateway-Name, je ausgehender Linie ein Antwort-Feld plus optionale Bedingung und ein Standard-Pfad. Beim ausführbaren Export werden die Bedingungen profilgerecht geschrieben (FEEL für Camunda 8, JUEL für Camunda 7).
Conditions on XOR/OR gateways: the inspector shows a branch editor – question = gateway name, an answer field per outgoing line plus an optional condition and a default path. On executable export the conditions are written per profile (FEEL for Camunda 8, JUEL for Camunda 7).

Die KI liefert die Logik des Prozesses (Schritte, Verzweigungen, Pools); die Anordnung übernimmt anschließend immer das Auto-Layout. Du kannst das Ergebnis also frei weiterbearbeiten.
The AI provides the logic of the process (steps, branches, pools); the arrangement is then always done by auto-layout. So you can keep editing the result freely.

Bibliotheks-Menü → „Aus Text erzeugen (KI) …“. Tipps für gute Ergebnisse:
Library menu → “Generate from text (AI) …”. Tips for good results:
- Beschreibe den Ablauf in der Reihenfolge der Schritte („Zuerst …, dann …, falls … sonst …“).
- Describe the flow in the order of the steps (“First …, then …, if … otherwise …”).
- Nenne Beteiligte ausdrücklich, wenn du Swimlanes willst („Kunde“, „Vertrieb“, „Lager“).
- Name the participants explicitly if you want swimlanes (“Customer”, “Sales”, “Warehouse”).
- Mach Entscheidungen sichtbar („wenn genehmigt … andernfalls …“) – daraus werden Gateways.
- Make decisions explicit (“if approved … otherwise …”) – these become gateways.

- Flipchart oder Whiteboard frontal und gut ausgeleuchtet fotografieren, möglichst ohne Schatten.
- Photograph the flip chart or whiteboard head-on and well lit, avoiding shadows.
- Druckschrift wird zuverlässiger erkannt als Schreibschrift. Pfeile und Kästchen helfen der Erkennung.
- Block letters are recognized more reliably than cursive. Arrows and boxes aid recognition.
- Das Ergebnis ist ein Startpunkt – korrigiere es danach im Editor oder per KI-Korrektur.
- The result is a starting point – refine it afterwards in the editor or via AI correction.

Die Engine wählst du in den Einstellungen unter „KI-Generierung“. Texteingaben kannst du auch diktieren (lokale Spracherkennung).

Bis auf PNG sind Export, Import und Teilen Pro-Funktionen. Geteilte Links verwaltest du in den Einstellungen bzw. im Export-Menü des Diagramms.

Die KI ist „nicht verfügbar“.

On-Device-KI braucht ein iPad mit Apple Intelligence. Steht das nicht zur Verfügung, wechsle in den Einstellungen unter „KI-Generierung“ auf Cloud (Claude) (Pro). Foto und Korrektur laufen ohnehin nur über die Cloud.
On-device AI needs an iPad with Apple Intelligence. If that's unavailable, switch to Cloud (Claude) under “AI generation” in settings (Pro). Photo and correction run via the cloud anyway.
Mir wird die Paywall gezeigt, obwohl ich bezahlt habe.
I see the paywall although I've paid.
Öffne die Einstellungen und tippe auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Stelle sicher, dass du mit derselben Apple-ID angemeldet bist, mit der du gekauft hast, und dass eine Internetverbindung besteht. Hilft das nicht: App schließen und neu starten.
Open settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with and that you have an internet connection. If that doesn't help: quit and relaunch the app.
Eine importierte .bpmn-Datei wird leer oder verschoben dargestellt.
An imported .bpmn file shows up empty or misaligned.
Dateien ohne Layout-Koordinaten (reine Semantik) werden geladen und automatisch angeordnet – tippe danach auf den Zauberstab (Auto-Layout). Sehr große oder ungewöhnliche Dateien können einzelne Elemente als Platzhalter übernehmen; sie bleiben aber verbunden und exportierbar.
Files without layout coordinates (pure semantics) are loaded and arranged automatically – then tap the wand (auto-layout). Very large or unusual files may import some elements as placeholders; they stay connected and exportable, though.

Die Lane-Zugehörigkeit ist „klebend“ und wird beim Ablegen gesetzt. Zieh das Element einmal sauber in die gewünschte Lane und lass es los – danach bleibt es dort, auch beim nächsten Auto-Layout.
Lane membership is “sticky” and set when you drop a node. Drag the element cleanly into the desired lane and release – it then stays there, including on the next auto-layout.
Ein Diagramm lässt sich nicht mehr bearbeiten (Schloss-Leiste).
A diagram can no longer be edited (lock bar).
In der Gratis-Version sind nur die 3 zuletzt bearbeiteten Diagramme editierbar; weitere werden schreibgeschützt – es wird aber nichts gelöscht. Mit Pro sind alle wieder editierbar. Alternativ ein editierbares Diagramm bearbeiten (es rutscht dann nach oben) oder überzählige exportieren.
In the free version only the 3 most recently edited diagrams are editable; further ones become read-only – but nothing is deleted. With Pro they're all editable again. Alternatively, edit one of the editable diagrams (it moves to the top) or export the extra ones.

TestFlight-Builds nutzen ein gemeinsames, begrenztes Cloud-KI-Budget. Das ist keine Bezahlschranke – in der finalen App gilt dein reguläres Pro-Kontingent. Du kannst weiter modellieren; nur die Cloud-KI pausiert.

Der KI-Dienst (Anthropic) ist nicht in allen Ländern verfügbar. Modellieren, Auto-Layout und alle lokalen Funktionen bleiben uneingeschränkt nutzbar; für KI kannst du die On-Device-Variante oder einen eigenen Schlüssel (BYOK) verwenden, sofern verfügbar.
The AI service (Anthropic) is not available in every country. Modeling, auto-layout and all local features remain fully usable; for AI you can use the on-device variant or your own key (BYOK) where available.
