What this diagram is for
Shows what can run in parallel and who has to deliver by day one. Helps spot typical gaps such as missing accounts early.
Roles (lanes and pools)
- HR: starts the process and creates the file.
- IT: provides accounts and devices.
- Manager: plans training and welcomes the new hire.
Decisions and events
- Parallel gateway: IT and manager work at the same time, the second gateway waits for both.
- Timer event: the first working day.
